The Master of the High Court is an official within South Africa’s Department of Justice and Constitutional Development.
The Master’s Office supervises and administers certain legal and financial matters, particularly where money, property or assets are being managed on behalf of another person. These include deceased estates, insolvent estates, trusts, curatorships and the Guardian’s Fund.
